The property of the family Ritossa is situated in the Istrian village Vižinada, 264 m above sea, only 17 km away from the popular tourist-resort Poreč. The traditional stone house was built back in the 1878. Its west side overlooks the baroque square with the popular, completely preserved well built with the local, high-quality stone, with iron ornaments, whereas the eastern side of the house overlooks the picutresque valley of the river Mirna , with charming medieval town built on the surrounding hills-Motovun, Oprtalj and other,with woody hills, fields, vineyards.. The house was reconstructed with authentic materials-wood, antique balks, stone and is equipped with antique furniture. All that will make you feel comfortable, and you’ll be able to understand with how much love Rita and Maximilian Ritossa were working while trying to reanimate the spirit of tradition in order to make you have the most relaxing and pleasant holiday.
